This 10 acre secluded estate on the top of Scott Hill on Orcas Island is truly an oasis. It has over 180 degrees of magnificent marine and mountain views. From our hill you can see many of the San Juan and Canadian Gulf islands, Mt Ranier, Thatcher Pass, the Olympic mountains over Cattle Pass, and spectacular sunsets over Vancouver Island in the summer and Wasp Pass in winter.

The 5200 square foot main house has vaulted beamed ceilings, stone counters, elegant built-in cabinets, and custom dining tables. It has a living room; a large dining table; a family room; dry bar; and spacious kitchen with all dishes and utensils needed to cook a gourmet meal & laundry room. The two decks add space to enjoy the peaceful views. You will also enjoy the many luxury amenities like our 70-foot lap pool, complete exercise room, and hot tub. And high-speed internet makes working remotely a breeze.

Orcas Oasis also has lovely meadows with wildflowers, space to run or play, horseshoe pits, and two ponds with frogs and lily pads. Just pick your favorie spot to relax while you take in the views and listen to the peaceful sounds of nature. Then, at the end of the day, sit back with your family and friends as you watch the sun set over the the Canadian Gulf islands.

First summer month's rent $8,500 to $9,500 depending on the number of people in your family. Succeeding months are discounted. The longer you stay, the better the rate. This home is furnished with most everything you will need. Well-behaved dogs are allowed. Rent includes utilities. There are no sales or lodging taxes on stays of 30 days or longer.

Alternatively a 12-month lease at $5,500/month would be an option. Includes most utilities. Rental/Lease terms can be flexible/negotiable for the right family and situation.
